Block and report
Remember that your log-in card (BankID on card) and Mobile BankID are a form of identification, just like your driving licence or passport. Contact us immediately if you lose your log-in card, or mobile phone with a Mobile BankID, or if you have been exposed to fraud or given out sensitive information.
To block your BankID on card, call:

You can also log in and block your Mobile BankID in Online Banking.
