How do I order a Mobile BankID? 

  1. Log into Online Banking
  2. Go to Mobile and BankID in the main menu.
  3. In the menu, choose Order Mobile BankID.
You also need to have a Swedish passport or Swedish national id-card available.

Can I log in using a Mobile BankID issued by another bank?

Yes. The first time you log in using a Mobile BankID from another bank you will need to verify that is shall be used with Handelsbanken.
  1. Use your log-in card and card reader.
  2. Follow the instructions on the screen.
The verification only occurs the first time you log in to our mobile or online banking services.
