Common Mobile BankID tasks

Order or renew Mobile BankID

If you already have a Mobile BankID, you can do this directly in our mobile app. If you do not have an existing Mobile BankID, you need to log in to Online Banking.

Log in with a Mobile BankID from another bank

The first time you log in, and if you renew a Mobile BankID from another bank, you need to verify it. You can verify it with your card reader or an identity document (a Swedish passport or national ID card). You do this when you log in to our mobile app or Online Banking.

Log in without Mobile BankID

If you do not have Mobile BankID, there are other ways to log in, for example with a log-on card and card reader or a personal code.

Issues with logging in with Mobile BankID in Online Banking

Use the default browser on your mobile phone or tablet to log in to the online bank. If you use a non-default browser, you may see this error message: “Problem during log in. The log-in has failed. Please check that cookies are not blocked.”

Tap Select a different log-in method, choose Mobile BankID and try to log in again. Otherwise, check the default browser in your device settings.

Issues with logging in with Mobile BankID in our mobile app

If the BankID app does not open when you try to log in to the mobile app, it may be due to an incorrect setting. Follow the steps on the BankID website.
