What is the fee for a joint Allkonto account?

Both account holders pay for one basic offering each. If you have a Bankkort Mastercard, Allkort or Platinum card you will pay SEK 0 for the basic offering. This also applies to those who are not 21 years of age and students who are not 27 years of age. The price of the basic offering may look different for you with a joint Allkonto account.

If I have two Bankkort Start cards, what fee will I be charged?

One Start card is included in the basic offering, at a fee of SEK 25 per month. If you have an additional Start card, you pay an annual fee for that card.

If I have one Bankkort Start card and one Bankkort Mastercard, what fee will I be charged?

One Start card is included in the basic offering, at a fee of SEK 25 per month. If you have any of our other cards, such as the Bankkort Mastercard, Allkort credit/charge card, or the Platinum card, you don’t need to pay for the basic offering. Instead, you pay the annual fee for that card.

If I don’t want any cards, what fee will I be charged?

If you don’t wish to have any cards and would like to keep your Allkonto account, you will pay a fee of SEK 25 per month.

When will I start paying for the basic offering?

The monthly fee for the basic offering will be debited 12 months after the payment of your most recent annual fee. You will be notified one month before we debit your account.

Our basic offering includes a card, account(s) and digital services. You can pay bills, use your card to make purchases, and manage your finances – all on your mobile, tablet or computer.

The following is included:

Allkonto current account Our salary account, from which you can make payments. You can have more than one Allkonto account included in our basic offering.

Bankkort Start
The Bankkort Start card – for purchases and withdrawals directly from your account. You can make purchases online or in stores. One Bankkort Start card is included in our basic offering.

Online Banking and our digital services
With our digital banking services, you can manage your finances and use our services whenever it suits you. Log in via your computer, tablet, or mobile.

Personal service 24 hours a day, and Telesvar
Our personal service is available 24 hours a day. Our chat function is open during business hours. You can also use Telesvar – our interactive voice response – to carry out simple banking transactions.

Swish
Send and receive money via your mobile number. The money is immediately credited to the recipient’s account.

How much does it cost?

Our basic offering is available for SEK 25 per month.
