If your card is lost or stolen you must immediately report this. You can easily block your card at any time using the mobile app or by calling us.

How to block a lost or stolen card

Mobile app

Log in to the mobile app to easily block your card. You find your cards on the startpage or under the menu choice Cards and benefits. 

A new card with the same PIN will be sent to your home address within 1-2 weekdays.

Phone

If you want a card with a new PIN, you need to call to block your card. By calling you can also choose not to have a new card sent to your home address.

Online Banking  

You can also block your cards online, but only in Swedish. Log in to Privat and select "Konton och kort", followed by "Spärra kort". 

A new card with the same PIN will be sent to your home address within 1-2 weekdays.

Card purchase investigation

You can see card purchases and withdrawals in the app and Online Banking. Fill in the form and contact the branch if another person has made purchases or withdrawals using your card.
