Cardholder dispute
You can view your card purchases and withdrawals in the app and online banking. If you see a card transaction that is incorrect, you can submit a card claim.
When using your card abroad
Have you made a purchase or withdrawal with your card in another EEA currency than Swedish kronor? In that case, there has been a currency exchange. We will help you compare what currency exchange fee you are paying. Among other things you will receive a notification to your mobile phone regarding a card purchase abroad.
