To be able to log in to the mobile app with a personal code, you must first activate the app. If you do not have a log-in card and card reader, you will need to collect an activation code from your local branch office. 

If you only want to log in using Mobile BankID, you don't need to do the activation procedure.


How to activate the mobile app

  1. Select log-in method

    Select the personal code log-in method, and enter your civic registration number using 10 or 12 digits.
  2. Choose 'Activate and log in'

  3. Select activation method

    Select whether you want to use your log-in card and your card reader, or an activation code, to activate your app. You can collect an activation code from your local branch office. 
  4. Generate a response code

  • Start the card reader without a cable by inserting your card, or press OK if it is already inserted.
  • Press the SIGN button.
  • Enter the activation code and press OK.
  • The text 'KortPIN' (Card PIN) is shown on the display. Enter the PIN for your log-in card and press OK.
  • A response code is shown on the card reader display. Enter this code in the field visible in the mobile app, and press Activate.
  • You will now be able to log in using your personal code.
